Finance & Accounts Executive

Core Responsibilities:

• Support in Monthly Quarterly and Full Year submission of Hyperion, LE’s and Goal
• SAP month closing “Co activities” Compiling data, preparing reports and presentations, working cross functionally to capture key drivers
• Assist Finance function in Monthly Management and Statutory Reporting requirements for local and regional management
• Act as Finance Business partners for the core and support functions like Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and HR etc. to create business value adding proposition
• Assist in Monthly, Quarterly and Annual budgeting and forecasting exercises to prepare short- and long-range outlook for the business
• Assist the Finance Treasury Function for smooth financing activities, funds management and allocation of resources
• Assist Finance Controlling division to embed sound control environment and optimize ERP utilization (SAP)
• Support the Finance Planning & Analysis function with core business financial analysis, variance analysis and partner with concerned
• Support Credit Control division with strong credit control mechanism and Accounts payable division with process optimization and payables management
• Support the sales & Operations planning process and inventory management process under Finance Planning and Analysis function
• Support in Monthly closings and smooth ERP operations for timely and accurate financial reporting
• Support the FP&A function in strategic planning and business development initiatives
• Assist in Macro Economic Environment Analysis and financial impacts on the industry / upward and downward channel
• Organizing quarterly financial statements and provide information to external auditor

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

• BSc Accounting & Finance / MBA / ACCA (Affiliates/Members) / ICAEW
• Fresh Graduates or 1-2 years’ experience

Desirable requirements:

• Understanding of Financial Concepts (IFRS), Financial Analysis and Financial Modelling
• IT proficiency (e.g., ERP, SAP, Hyperion Reports, Microsoft Office)
