I am currently recruiting a new Accounts Payable Clerk to work for a high end retail company based in South Kensington.

My client is a respected name in the retail world, and is currently recruiting for their head office.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the monthly accounting close cycle in accordance with internal established procedures and deadlines

• Ensuring that the expense purchases of the business are accurately and efficiently recorded in the company ledgers

• Processes AP invoices by ensuring obtaining appropriate approval, coding accounts and cost centre and an accurate and timely payment

• Support in preparing multi-currency payment runs

• Managing Accounts Payable mailbox and resolving suppliers queries

• 3 way matching

• Execution of various ad hoc tasks as and when requested

Profile

The successful must have:

• Experience of working as a AP assistant in a fast paced, commercial environment

• Excellent organisation and time management skills

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Able to build positive relationships

• Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. They also offer study support and an incredibly competitive benefits package.
