Description
As a Credit Controller duties will include:
- Chasing and checking of invoices by phone & email.
- External & internal query resolution
- Developing a strong understanding of the business' systems and processes
- Improving debt collection timelines
- The setting of credit limits for clients
- Establishing relationships with clients & internal colleagues
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have a proven track record within a credit control / collections focused role
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Be able to manage their own workload including high volume clients
- Have the ability to work to deadlines
- Be target driven
Job Offer
A salary of £25,000 plus hybrid working, pension, parking & more
