The position tasks involves supervision of overall GL operation functions, monitoring of day-to-day GL activities ensuring that transactions are charged to the correct fund, location, cost center, natural account and line of business. Supervision, preparation and monitoring of timely and accurate various schedules relating to accounts / reporting including premium, premium reconciliation, claims, reserve & reinsurance, commission, sundry receivables, prepayments, advances to suppliers, payable to suppliers and others. Coordination with actuarial team for timely recording of reserves, reinsurance, and claims. Calculations of IFRS 16 – leases, and timely and accurate recording of right of use assets and its corresponding lease liability.

Updating of the Annual Expense Allocation Basis for the purpose of Cost Allocation Keys of the year.
