Who we are looking for

This dynamic 12-month internship will directly work with and support the GlobalLink EMEA Chief Operating Officer and GlobalLink Regulatory and Governance manager so that they have the necessary bandwidth to achieve their business goals.

What you will be responsible for

As12 Months Business Analyst COO GlobalLink Internship for you will

The role responsibilities include:
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to oversee, produce and coordinate COO & business updates for senior management committees, Boards and business reviews
  • Produce meeting minutes for key GlobalLink EMEA meetings and Working Groups
  • Responsible for preparation of monthly revenue numbers across the EMEA products lines.
  • Responsible for quarterly preparation of global organizational charts.
  • Streamline COO management reporting, including consolidating and refining responses to global management requests.
  • Independently plan, research and support ad-hoc projects with GlobalLink Sales teams and Trade Operations teams.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and tactical analysis as needed
  • Perform other duties as required

  • Maintain and continuously develop knowledge of core products, overall process operating model, financial markets and technologies
  • Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making
  • Adhere to limits of delegation and escalation procedures required by your manager so that you comply with internal policies and external regulations

Education / Preferred Qualifications

Skills and Experience -
  • Confident self-starter with a strong attention to detail
  • Education background into Finance or economics
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services sector and associate products and services
