• Minimum 4 years work experience in the field of Finance
• 1-2 years of people management experience preferred
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics
• Strong analytical capabilities including ability to summarise complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity
• Good understanding of the principles of risk management balanced with a financial awareness
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and client service skills
• Demonstrate leadership ability/potential and good decision making skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Professional English and Hungarian language knowledge
• Post graduate qualification / studying towards: ACT, CFA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent preferred

Your future role

• Assist executives in developing and implementing the CFO agenda
• Help excel clients in financial operations
• Create world-class financial models
• Spreads best practice in financial forecasting, data management
• Provide a comprehensive suite of services to support the CFO and transform the Finance function
• Analyze and diagnose client business issues to develop and recommend creative solutions
• Own and cultivate relationships with clients and demonstrate a strong ability to leverage prevalent methodologies
• Employ a structured approach to project management to ensure complete client satisfaction and project profitability by understanding all the mechanics of project management, including risks, budget, economics, and other relevant issues
• Demonstrate your expertise in several specializations and build your reputation as a business advisor
• Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with like-minded people who are eminent in their respective technical field
• Develop solutions through collaboration with our teams and with clients
