Client Details
Our client is a Tier One Consulting firm, with offices located in Belgium. You'll be part of an international Finance team, with coworkers all around Western Europe.
Description
Main responsibilities include :
- Perform monthly financial closings and Balance sheet /P&L analysis for Belgium and Luxemburg
- Conduct Profit & Loss analysis
- VAT returns and other withholding tax declarations
- Analyze and prepare data on statutory statements to ensure compliance with internal standards
- Review and manage some SOX controls for Belgium and Luxemburg
- Support to internal and external audits
Profile
The ideal candidate :
- At least 3 years of experience in a Financial Controller or Senior Accountant position
- Fluency in BEGAAP is mandatory; LUXGAAP and IFRS are great assets
- Fluent in French and / or Dutch; with excellent levels of English
- Experience with SAP is an asset
- Excellent communication skills; assertive, critical thinker, and team player
