What you’ll achieve

As a Financial Analysis Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the development of GO related tools and processes in 1Finance coordinating efforts across FP&A. You will also be the liaison between multiple stakeholders including FP&A, GO finance, Accounting, 1 Finance team, Deloitte consultants etc. and align all stakeholders to the overall goal of the 1Finance initiatives.

You will:

  • Lead the overall 1Finane GO transformation program and workstreams associated with it. Including but not limited to Book of records structure and set up, GO variance calculation, GO analytics and planning, reporting etc
  • Drive coordination between various stakeholder and proactively highlight risks with proposal to mitigate / adjust decision or process to achieve best outcome
  • Partner with other finance teams to define business requirements and capabilities to be enabled with SAP S4 HANA and define future state of business processes
  • Works with functional finance group, System integrator, Dell Digital to help create implementation plans, UAT, and deliver the business capabilities
  • Develop training material and conduct sessions with user base as modules are developed and launched

Essential Requirements

  • Strong program management skills, communication (both written and verbal), problem solving, analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills are a must.
  • Must have the ability to simplify complex analytical results into clear and concise presentation material
  • Requires understanding of key GO processes, environment, stakeholder and dependencies
  • Key competencies needed for this position include analytical and design thinking, business partnership, driver for results, organizational agility, dealing with ambiguity, influencing others, and command skills.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting; CPA or CIA qualification preferred
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft office skills and familiarity with Dell financial tools
