Job Description
As a business analyst, you will work with product manager, engineers, and other product teams in researching, identifying and defining new product features and functionality with a goal to improve product value to customers. As an analyst, you will be part of ServiceNow platform team and focus on building automation solutions for cloud platforms and applications. This is a technical product role where the person is expected to suggest and roll-out new features that will help improve the product and improve automation to help lives of engineers at the firm. Therefore, a hands-on engineering background is a must for being successful in this role.
Job Expectations:
Work with Product Owner, product manager, program manager, architects and engineers to identify valuable offerings/services/features. Partner and work with different technical teams within the firm to identify, refine, scope and prioritize high-value features for the product. Analyze product usage and generate reports to help plan future product roadmap. Manage data-to-day communication with product, engineering, and program management within the organization. Work in agile product development environment and develop feature requirement elaboration, estimation, sprint planning, srum meetings, etc in partnership with engineering and program managers. Work towards defining and tracking key product metrics for showcasing the impact of delivered product features. Have a relentless customer focus and customer value, balancing short term gains with long term benefits.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor or Master degree preferable in Information technology.
Key Skills:
Proficient in English language.
5-6 years of experience working as hands-on engineer (Dev/QA).
2+ years of experience working with Agile program methodologies.
Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, Cloud Platform, CI/CD practices.
Experience in collaborating closely with customer engineering teams.

The Chief Technology Office oversees enabling components inclusive of the top quality engineering and architecture tools and practices, key program management and processes as well as the technology workforce strategy required to make us a leading technology company for our customers, clients and colleagues around the world.
High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law). The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.
