FP&A Manager

Position Brief:

This position is responsible for the full spectrum of operational and financial analysis to deepen management understanding & support strategic decisions for the Group, currently with production operations in Brazil and sales globally. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur office, where he/she would also work closely with various finance support teams there, as well as finance leads, operating & commercial teams in various locations. The candidate shall be a dynamic and self-driven professional as there are good exposure to senior management.

Key responsibilities

§ Drive & consolidate in-depth operational analysis including but not limited to operations, production, and sales & marketing
§ Support & guide MR / FP&A teams in appropriate financial analysis to support consistent performance reporting
§ Take lead in deep-dive analytical work to deepen management understanding & clarify performance controls
§ Support review on business performance reporting, and its recovery and action plans
§ Participate & support in Business Units’ preparation & submission for yearly budget setting & discussions
§ Support related & ad-hoc projects to drive continuous improvement & better stakeholder management

Qualification and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
§ Good honours with Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Mathematics or
§ Good exposure & achievements, with at least 3-5 years of in-depth business analysis
§ Highly proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (intermediate level)
§ Familiarity with SAP would be favourable
§ Active participation or achievement in ACCA / CFA would be favourable
§ Team player, demonstrating with high self-motivation, independence, tenacity
§ Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good fluency in English and Mandarin language.
