The day-to-day activities

• Check and control of payments to our partners.
• Check the results of all arisen incentive programs (if relevant).
• Check the process pause, terminate the contract with the driver.
• Check and control compliance of processes in the company as well as the reasonableness of the accompanying documents.
• To draw any weaknesses or shortcomings noted to the attention of management. To identify, investigate and resolve non-compliance within Grab.
• Perform root cause analysis to propose the remediation plans for improvement of quality.
• Provide risk analytical support in the plan, execution of incentive programs for partners. Make the recommendations.
• Knowledge and practical experience of systems, policies, tax, and financial management.
• Collect data, make reports: daily, weekly, monthly.. based on the request of management.
• To do other duties as required by the management directly.

The Qualifications

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) required.
• Experience: At least 01 – 02 years experience as internal control, audit.
• Excellent in excel, analytical.
• Strong communication skills (i.e able to provide both verbal and written confirmation in a clear and concise manner
