Description

As the Assistant Accountant your key responsibilities will be:

  • Management Accounts preparation
  • Fixed assets
  • VAT returns
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Preparing audit schedules

Profile

To be successful for the Assistant Accountant position you will have good knowledge in the following areas:

  • Sales ledger
  • Purchase ledger
  • Nominal ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Credit control

You will also have a good understanding of the following:

  • Excel spreadsheets
  • Management accounts
  • VAT
  • Fixed assets
  • Audit schedule preparation
  • CDK/Kerridge
