We are looking for someone like that who can:
• act as project manager for our Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) Change Program
• key focus is on the Risk Assessment project, which aims to automate the data sourcing for client, transaction and balance information for the largest US entities. Furthermore, the project will make enhancements to the complex data aggregation processes to produce an accurate Risk Assessment on a legal entity basis as well as for the Combined US Operations
• in addition, this role will be a material contributor to the global strategic FCP data sourcing initiative, covering all FCP functions
• adhere to given scope and budget restrictions in a challenging environment
• understand, analyze and document requirements and business cases
• identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
• interface with IT on the design and testing of solutions
• support and follow-up investigation of questions, issues, and defects
• keep program managers and stakeholders informed of progress
• ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements
Your team
You'll be working in the Financial Crime Prevention Change team within the wider Group Compliance and Regulatory Governance (GCRG) function. We are a global team that drives the change portfolio including e.g. Transaction Monitoring, Initial and Ongoing Due Diligence, Case Management, Client Risk Rating, Risk Assessment, etc. We focus on protecting the capital and reputation of the bank by making sure we become a best-in-class Financial Crime Prevention function. Project Managers are the essential conduit between programs, the stakeholder community around the world, and subject matter experts from Financial Crime Prevention, Regulatory and Governance, and IT.

Your expertise
• a degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience)
• relevant experience as project manager is required
• a solid knowledge in banking, AML, and/or IT
• an understanding of software development lifecycle, with experience in working in an agile project and using collaboration tools such as JIRA, PPM, Confluence or Gitlab
• excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate complex issues succinctly and clearly
• analytical and documentation skills with the ability to provide practical solutions
• able to balance numerous tasks and competing priorities in a fast paced and demanding environment
• strong PowerPoint skillset
• fluent in English, further language skills, especially German, would be beneficial
