Job Description

JP Morgan is the leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers and small businesses, commercial banking, financial transaction processing, and asset management.

The Warsaw Transitions Management team is responsible for partnering with all lines of business to smoothly project manage all functions transitioning to Poland according to the overall program objectives. This team specifically has a number of responsibilities, including:

  • Project scoping
  • End-to-end project planning and management
  • Line of Business Demand / Supply Management
  • Migration reporting
  • Working with global business partners including Recruitment, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Finance, Real Estate and Technology to ensure all stakeholders are engaged in the migration process and deliverables are completed per migration timelines

Background

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent service delivery to all Lines of Business migrating roles to Warsaw.
  • Create and maintain project plans to deliver all migrations as per the agreed timelines. Ensure all action owners complete deliverables as per the plan.
  • Identify any risks to the migration plan and resolve/escalate as required.
  • Engage with multiple Lines of Business and corporate stakeholders to ensure completion and adherence to the IAS process.
  • Continually assess and assist with meeting demand for building up the teams in Warsaw.
  • Assist in the compilation of materials and supporting documentation for internal management reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to deliver efficiency in the overall migration process.

Experience

  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Location strategy project management.
  • Strong leader with capability to provide direction and guidance to teams across multiple locations.
  • Relationship building, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills to influence/negotiate desired outcomes
  • Experience in discussing issues with senior decision makers and pushing back when necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills at the senior management level across various business groups.
  • Ability to define and track project deliveries through to implementation.
  • Knowledge of the financial industry.
