Finance Business Partner - Internship

FBP- Deodorants will be in charge of total Deodorants P&L for Unilever Vietnam with functions include, but are not limited to:

Performance Management

• Category performance management through annual business planning, monthly forecast, define and monitor key performances KPI from both category and channel perspectives.
• Partner with across functional finance and operation team to identify business risks and opportunities and drive profitable growth of total Deodorant business.
• Budget management including scheme approval, monthly closing & actual variance explanation. Other tasks related to system and hierarchy maintenance to ensure smooth operation of business.

Finance Business Partnering:

• Support and challenge business decisions including promotion/brand and marketing investment in order to achieve a superior sustainable financial performance.
• Independently provide financial information and analysis in a timely fashion with actionable recommendations for finance and business management.
• Coordinate with cross functions to develop business cases for product launch and relaunch, as well as to revamp business models.
