Our client is the growing market leader in FMCG industry.
Description
- Manage and support key stake holders from central services on financial analysis, decision making and continuous improvement initiatives etc.
- Prepare in-depth analysis and commentaries on country results, variance analysis, working capital management to facilitate discussions on financial items
- Establish clear communication across country on matters related to controlling, financial issues and actions required
- Manage annual budgeting process within country and allocation by function. Ensure implementation of global templates, coordinate timetable for reviews, consolidate plans and prepare annual budget presentation to the Senior Executive Team
- Monitor and provide analysis on central services monthly performance based on various data sources, identify gap and ensure action plans are closed on time.
- Review central services related business case / perform P&L simulation to support decision making
- Streamline reporting process via automation (Lighthouse, PowerBI, etc.)
- Support central services controller in performing local and group project, day to day, adhoc tasks etc.
Profile
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably with ACCA / CPA
- Knowledge in SAP/Oracle system is preferred
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Demonstrate Sound financial and understanding preferably in FMCG or MNC environment
- Manufacturing and Logistic experience preferred
- Product costing, inventory management, stock reconciliation, variance analysis and reporting
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and application of financial/accounting principles and budgetary management
- Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, including statistical computations
- Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, power BI
