Responsibilities:
- Review of Management Report - Statutory (monthly)
- Review of individual Project Sales and Cost according to Contract (weekly)
- Drafting of New Contracts
- Review reports from PMS (Pricelist, GR IR report, daily report) (weekly)
- Budget Preparation (yearly)
- Oversee month end closing process
- Overall PIC for handling audit matters
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Accounting related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar South (Kerinchi LRT Station).
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in full set accounts
