Your field of responsibility

The successful candidate will be part of Thematic Study and Projects of CDCP Mumbai and report to the respective team’s Team Lead. He / she will engage in the design and implementation of key control initiatives as well as representing CDCP in key risk and control forums. He or she will work closely with Investment Bank & SLA Partners Control COOs, BRCOs, and partner control functions across Shared Services to ensure there is an effective and robust framework in place. He / she will also drive a common culture, ethos and work practices in the CDCP Mumbai team.

Your skills and experience

The qualified candidate must have –

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others not in direct span of control
  • Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, detailed and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
  • Creativity/Innovation: Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities.
  • Solve Problems: Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem
  • Experience having worked in a high pressure, delivery focused environment
  • Strong analytical skills and is intellectually inquisitive
  • Proven organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Behave Ethically: Understand ethical behavior and business practices, and ensure that own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization.

Technical skills needed

  • Front to back knowledge of key sales and trading process flows
  • Operational Risk / Internal Audit / Regulatory background and/or experience
  • Project management experience – track record of delivery on projects, commitments
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in VBA, Tableau, Access, SQL & SharePoint [Preferable, not mandatory]
  • Experience in drafting FSD [Financial Specification Document] and BRD [Business Requirement Document]

Education

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in appropriate field of study [MBA/Engineering]
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
