This role is suitable for someone with knowledge of credit control, or a strong telephone manner, good communication and organisation skills, looking to develop a career in finance.
Description
As a Credit Controller, you will report into the Credit Manager, responsible for assisting with the effective management and control of customer debt.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: chasing overdue payments by telephone, emails; process credit card payments; issue statements, invoices and credit notes; process and post sundry invoices and credit notes; review of account balances and credit limits; manage and maintain customer accounts.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a Credit role - Highly Beneficial
- Have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail - Essential
- Have knowledge of working in a fast paced administration role - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
