Description
Investment Analysis
- Assist and prepare presentation and analyze investment opportunities in new markets
- Identify new investment opportunities and understand company's investments in multiple industries
Accounts/Admin
- Knowledge in handling account and finance related documents and activities
- Knowledge in Singapore Companies Act
- Prepare the Annual Tax filing
- Preparation of yearly financial statements and board resolutions for investment holding entities
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by CEO
Profile
- Min Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Min 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experienced in financial industry is an advantage
- Interest in investment analysis/management
- Meticulous, analytical, proactive
- Opportunities to travel when required
