Client Details

Our client is one of the multi-national companies with business in health care.

Description

- Actively engage in planning processes (Quarterly updates, Annual budgeting, Strategic planning) to ensure alignment between business strategies and financial

- Excellence in business partnering to support growth by actively participate different projects to provide financial insights, solutions and decision

- Ensure solid and sustainable pricing strategy for BU and to promote well rounded pricing discussion

- Assist and ensure that BUs financial targets are met - incl Opex, MNI, SNI

- Provide sound financial analysis of cases for new business opportunities that exist at Local level

- Provide training and guidance to commercial partners on finance basics and operation procedures

- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with business partners within cluster & supporting functions

- Proactively contribute to maintaining and improving a strong internal control environment eg understanding & applying SOPs/Work Instructions and updating as necessary, performing SOX testing, identifying risks and proposing potential solutions etc.

- Involve and drive standardisation of process improvement & sharing best practice across the country/ regional finance team

- Ability to bring clarity to complex business issues and proven success in managing complex projects & processes

- Perform other work related duties as assigned

Profile

-University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related discipline

-At least 5 years professional experience

-Strong analytical and communication skills

-Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint & experience with SAP/TM1/Cognos preferred

-A track record of driving constructive change should be evident

-Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills

-Experience working both independently and as part of a team

-Fluent in English and Chinese
