UKI - Management Accountant (5177) Salary: Competitive Location: Hybrid Working

IVC Evidensia operates a high growth model and continues to grow at a rapid pace. Due to the company's rapid expansion, we are looking to further grow our Finance Team which forms part of our Support Operations Centre, located between Bristol and Bath.

About the role: Management Accounting role, working closely with the FIC and FIM on new surgeries joining IVC. Main tasks will be sales reconciliation work, ownership of the production of surgery P&Ls, balance sheet reconciliations, and liaison with the surgeries regularly to ensure they get up to speed with IVC policies and processes once they join the group. You will also take ownership of specific surgery P&Ls and produce their monthly management, and the delivery of comprehensively reconciled balance sheets each month.What are we looking for?
  • Completed professional accounting qualification (CIMA or similar)
  • Must have sufficient commercial experience
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment - flexibility is key
  • Excellent IT skills including advanced excel, and confidence on various management reporting systems
  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to deliver the right-first-time results quickly
  • Deadline focussed, and willing to put in the effort required to ensure they always meet them
  • Understanding of small companies and how they work
  • Comfortable working within a clinical environment where compassion is a requirement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well within the team, and communicate effectively but sympathetically with the surgeries.
