Associate, SW Bus Systems

Summary:

Responsible for development of SharePoint / RPA / Alteryx solutions as per the technical design & requirements outlined by business architects, Project owner / Operation heads.

Major Duties:

• Develop SharePoint solutions to streamline business workflows as per the requirements outlined in technical design
• Utilize RPA coding / Alteryx platform to automate portal extractions, system enhancements & other automations
• Determines business requirements and recommend solutions
• Develop test cases and test and ensure packs code meets standards and Coordinates testing of new systems & system modifications
• Prepares training materials, and provides training to partners on systems & process change
• Work with the Product Owner and BSR team on a daily basis to ensure that the business outcomes are being defined and met in a timely manner
• Present ideas to the product team for new capabilities
• Thrive in a highly variable, fast paced environment with changing priorities and tasks
• Communicate status (written & verbal) to project team and management
• Collaborate with external vendors, senior staff and management on delivering priorities as required for the project

Knowledge/Skills:

• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Knowledge of financial industry / accounting / system capabilities / mainframe applications
• Technical skills / system knowledge (SharePoint, RPA, ALteryx etc) is required
• Strong interest in working with business / project teams to deliver sustainable solutions
• Knowledge of MS Office

Experience:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree preferably in a related field
• Experience Required
• 2+ years related work experience in financial industry operations or systems
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, Python, Blue Prism & other VBA automation projects is highly preferred
• Flexible to work in NA shift
