Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain supplier's accounts, ensuring they are up to date at all times
- Communicating with suppliers, vendors regarding statement, reconciliations and remittances
- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Reviewing invoices against contracts purchase orders to resolve discrepancies
- Process weekly EFT payments to suppliers or as required
- Maintaining electronic and paper accounting records
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in accounts payable
- Experience working with different ERP systems
- Experience with an automated invoicing system
- Strong customer service skills and strong communication capability
