About the Company
Talent International has partnered with a leading Australian Financial Services company to source an experienced Finance Manager.

About the Role
Working closely with the CFO, the Finance Manager will be responsible for year-end accounts, budgeting, management of the Finance team and ultimately overseeing all processes within that team.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a finance management position
  • Experience having ownership of year-end accounts
  • Significant budgeting experience
  • Experience managing, leading or overseeing a team is highly desirable
  • Previous experience working for a Financial Services company would be highly advantageous (but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting
  • Must be able to travel to CBD office

Terms
  • Permanent opportunity starting ASAP (ideally before the end of June)
  • Paying up to $150K package (annual salary reviews and bonuses paid on top of salary in accordance with individual and company performance)
  • Currently 5 days per week in the office with flexibility around hours and the possibility to WFH on occasion as needed
