• Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans
• Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established/required timeline
• Review the suitability of internal control design understanding the existing processes and eliminating non value adding activities
• Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk
• Determine compliance with policies and procedures.
• Obtain, analyses and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
• Assist in financial planning and feasibility for new and changes to existing projects
• Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
• Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior management based on sound analysis
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc.) considering company's goals and financial standing
• Ad-hoc financial projects and task as required from time to time
