1. Control of finance and closely watch the cash flow in terms of day to day operations so as to minimize the cost
2. Provide guidance and support to subordinates in timely preparation of general ledger, balance sheet, and reconciling the accounts statements
3. Prepares the Mid-Year and Year-end consolidated Financial Statements in compliance with International Standards and update the report to the management
4. Conducts periodic meetings with subordinates to follow up smooth running of activities and ensures that, they are complying with industry and company standards and are directed towards company's goals
5. Prepares finance related documents such as tender bond, performance bond, advance payment guarantee etc for tender/company purposes
6. Conducting periodic internal audits as per the schedule, issuing audit reports initiate and follow up on the corrective measures and reporting the audit findings to the management
7. Review, and comment on employees' increment, bonus recommendation (based on performance appraisal) report prepared by the subordinates
8. Coordinates with external auditors and other authorities and provides information on any financial & admin issues relevant to the company
