Job Description

PepsiCo is on the look-out for a FP&A Analyst to join our Finance function and be part of our team on a permanent basis.
We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. Role Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for executing the Singapore Ingredients budget, Forecast and Latest Estimate process, performing analytics and challenging assumptions before reviewing the submission with the Ingredients Finance Manager and highlighting key variances
  • Responsibility for the execution of periodic and month end close processes for Ireland and Singapore, ensuring that results are accurately delivered and on time.
  • Review of monthly incurred Purchase Price Variance report for Singapore ensuring that all variances are understood – close collaboration required with local procurement and supply chain. Identify where trends are not consistent with budget/latest forecast. Clear understanding of impacts on financials must be understood (underlying knowledge of COGs must be excellent).
  • Collaborate closely with Plant Finance team to ensure planning and reporting process of local finance costs (e.g. reserves, yield and usage) are understood.
  • Champion the finance agenda with local Procurement and Supply Chain teams, ensuring training is provided when required

Qualifications/Requirements

Essential Criteria

  • Professionally qualified accountant with 3+ Years PQE in a high-volume multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in analysing and distilling large amounts of data into meaningful and presentable content to support decision making
  • Strong financial skills, excellent communications and problem solving
  • Excellent Communication & Influencing Skills particularly within global multinational working environments – key to be able to influence non-finance teams (Procurement / Supply Chain)
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and problem solve quickly in a changing and dynamic environment – tight month end timelines
