R2R Lead- Fixed Asset

The R2R Lead- Fixed Asset Lead will be based out of pune & responsible for the overall process architecture, governance, and metrics covering fixed assets globally, also leading the shared services and fixed assets accounting within the region.

Description

The key responsibilities for R2R Lead- Fixed Asset:

• Leading the shared services and fixed assets accounting within the region, including process architecture, protocols and mechanics and related governance.
• Ensuring delivery of shared service centre activities throughout the regions. Manage shared service centre quality levels through service level agreements, performance metrics and continuous governance rhythm.

• Running all periodic processes related to fixed assets including month-end activities, account reconciliations, periodic reporting, metrics, governance and internal control.
• Working with Business Finance and Global COE colleagues to maintain best-in-class processes and application of policies.
• Developing and implementing procedures and operational ways of work in a standardized, efficient and effective manner for all markets.
• Maintaining general financial accounting related internal controls within the region; ensure robust account reconciliations and SOX compliance.

Profile

The Successful Candidate for R2R Lead- Fixed Asset should have:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting mandatory as well as Charter Accountant designation
• Fluency in English mandatory; second or third regional language preferred
• 4-10 years relevant professional experience with team management in a medium to large international company; experience with POC model preferred
• Knowledge and experience with fixed assets processes including capitalisation, project settlement, lease accounting.
• Knowledge and experience with relevant statutory requirements preferred
• Knowledge and experience with US-GAAP and/or IFRS
