CLS Chartered Secretaries are seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant who is as enthusiastic as we are about providing a high-quality customer focused service that sets us apart. 

In return, we will provide you with hands on experience in providing professional services to accountants, solicitors, tax advisors, directors and other professionals. This role is unique as you will get Big Firm company secretarial training and experience working with companies at a strategic level, whilst working in a smaller specialised environment.

Details about the role

This full-time position is based in our Carlow office with working arrangements being flexible which includes a blend of WFH and a 4pm finish every Friday.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a professional service firm, a keen eye for detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise well, be very organised and of course have a good sense of humour!

As our Company Secretarial Assistant, you will be working with our Team on:-

  • Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries and backgrounds
  • Preparing and filing Annual Returns and uploading financial statements
  • Preparing AGM Documentation, maintenance of statutory and beneficial ownership registers
  • Managing District Court and High Court Applications
  • Drafting company formation and company secretarial documentation
  • Liaising with clients and the Company Registration Office on a regular basis
  • Preparing reports for the management team
