Description
- Statutory Reporting - preparation, audit and submission of consolidated group and subsidiary accounts
- UK GAAP/IFRS Conversion - facilitate the conversion of UK GAAP accounts to IFRS
- IFRS 16 lease accounting - ensure lease accounting is kept up to date
- Audit - ownership of audit processes, being the key liaison with external auditors
- Management Accounting - support the Senior Management Accountant with the production of the monthly MA pack
- Budgeting - support the Financial Controller with the annual budget
- Tax - corporation tax review, preparation of PAYE Settlement Agreement
- Keep abreast of latest technical accounting and tax legislation changes and impact on the group
- Develop internal financial controls, systems and processes
- Support the CFO, FC and wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Profile
To be considered you will be ACA / ACCA qualified either making the move from practice or industry trained.
Job Offer
Salary of £55,000 - £60,000 plus package
