Business Information Data Analyst

We're currently looking for a Business Information Data Analyst on a full time, 12 month fixed term contract basis. This position sits within the ACCA China digital team, based in our Shanghai office.

The job

Reporting to the digital lead, on a day to day basis, you'll be involved in the following:

• Local Database management

• Data analysis & insight generation to support marketing strategy

• Regular report maintenance& customized reports to be generated through Power BI

• Provide data support for local marketing and event delivery

• Protect data privacy

The person

We're looking for someone who:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines

• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics or related fields

• Proficient skill with analytical and BI tools, Excel, Power BI is preferred

• Database management platform is required (SQL, MySQL, Oracle)

• Familiar with data processing tools Python, experience with common machine learning algorithms is a plus

• Have good data sense and basic knowledge of data management, processes, tools and methodologies. With analysis experience of customer behaviour is preferred.

• Have the ability to clearly understand issue and requirements, and explain the data results and insights

• Good English written and verbal communication skills.
