This fast-growing PropTech company is leading the way in a booming industry, transforming the way agencies and clients do business. Entering an exciting growth phase following two acquisitions, they are seeking a talented Senior Bookkeeper to join their team. Working closely with the Finance Manager and CEO, you will be part of this business as it rolls out its ambitious national and international expansion plans.

The Position:

As their newly appointed Bookkeeper, you will be involved in contributing to the core financial activities of the company. This position is hands on, diverse and your duties will be varied.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting, Forecasting and Cashflow Reporting
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payroll Accounting
  • GST including BAS Preparation
  • Fixed Asset Management including Depreciation
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Inter-Company Transactions
  • Full Ownership of both the AP and AR function including Reconciliations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a chartered accounting environment or commercial business. You should have a willingness to learn and adapt as the group expands their business. Experience with Xero or MYOB software will be highly regarded. If you are an ambitious self-starter with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, this role is for you.
