Your field of responsibility

  • FP&A including planning and forecasting for Investment Bank. This focus of the role in on legal entity financial planning and specifically the Americas entities
  • Capital Management including the forecasting of leverage and RWA
  • Stress testing including CCAR and LPA (Swiss regulatory stress test)
  • Modeling of expenses, transfer pricing and supporting IB businesses with their CCAR projections and review and challenge materials
  • The role will act as a strategic partner to both business-aligned CFOs and Central CCAR team and participate, and facilitate, the detailed review of PPNR projections as required by CCAR
  • Ad hoc analysis

Your skills and experience

The role is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced CFO function and gain a wide variety of financial experience and exposure to Investment Banking and Stress Testing. The role encourages collaboration with business partners in various Front Office, Finance and Risk functions

  • An undergraduate degree is required. CPA / CFA / MBA would be advantageous
  • Proven experience in FP&A, Product Control, Financial Control or CCAR would be preferred
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate and work across many groups within Credit Suisse
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to write concisely and reduce complex concept and detailed documents into succinct summaries
  • Phenomenal analytical problem solver who can retrieve and interpret data and present conclusions clearly and accurately
  • Understanding of investment banking and trading is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office – Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of Hyperion / ESS base or IBM Cognos FP&A tools would be an advantage.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple results whilst still achieving timelines
