Associate/Senior Associate, Corporate Advisory
Job Description:
- Assist in due diligence review of transactions.
- Plan, write and prepare comprehensive business reports and research papers under the guidance of managers.
- Assist Seniors/Managers in full range of corporate insolvency administrations including Receiverships, Voluntary Administrations, Court Liquidations & Creditors and Members Voluntary Liquidations.
- Being able to interact and make presentations to directors and senior management.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
- Knowledge in Accounting will be an added advantage.
- Strong command in written and oral English.
- Computer literate, well-versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
- Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Able to work well independently and under pressure with attention to detail.
- Preferably possess own transport as the position requires some amount of travelling for meetings.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
