Reed Practice East Anglia are delighted to have been appointed by an award-winning firm to recruit at senior management level for their successful Corporate Finance team. With a real opportunity to progress to Partner, this role will be a fundamental engagement as part of the firm's strategic growth plans.
The firm provides a holistic approach providing progressive services to suit their clients' individual needs. The team has vast cross-sector expertise providing advisory services in development through M&A, financial modelling and due diligence, acquisitions, improvement of valuation and sell-side and more.
As a crucial member of the Corporate Finance team, you will lead the transaction services assignments, including pre-acquisition or investment, due diligence as well as reports for financial institutions, investors, and corporate SME's.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Management of the team for the production and timely delivery of due diligence and valuation and other reports for Partner review.• Providing technical and transaction advisory support in meetings with Partners and clients.• Producing thorough reports to an exceptional standard.• Supporting the Partners in developing new opportunities through networking with your own contacts, specifically in the SME sector and appropriate PE/VC
If you have, at least, substantial experience of operating at senior management level in a corporate finance role with a focus on due diligence and have an sound knowledge of the latest accounting standards and tax then we welcome your application.
