The opportunity
Our national practice assists audit teams in performing data analytics and visualization as a part of statutory audits
Your key responsibilities
- Audit Analytics
- Foundational analytics in areas such as Journal entry testing, NPA analytics, Consumer/Mortgage lending analysis, Premium/Commission recomputation, Interest rate analysis, Fuzzy testing, Profit/Loss on sale of investments, Sector specific analytics (Advanced/Custom analytics)
- Visualization
- Automated analytics model development for statutory audit enablement
- Data extraction from Client ERPs
- Design, review and customize algorithms, systems and processes to analyze client data, as well as implement them in the appropriate tools and technologies
- Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members
Skills and attributes for success
- Excellent communication skills and strong people handling skills (Client facing role)
- Leadership Skills - Ability to work in a team and lead one, comprising of varied skill-sets and people from different backgrounds
- Quick learner, Analytical skills & Strategic Thinking
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously & Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and responsible and ability to handle pressure
To qualify for the role you must have
- BE/B.Tech, MSC in Computer Science/Statistics, M.C.A
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Hands on experience in Risk based analytics in FS sector
- Understands business and processes of Banking, NBFC, AMC, Insurance, Securities etc
- Knowledge of databases, ETL, and hands on experience in SQL
- Experience in any of the visualization tools like Tableau, Spotfire, Qlikview, etc
- Hands on experience in Machine Learning using R or Python with strong statistical background is the must
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills & Macros)
- Experience in NLP/ WebScraping/ Log Analytics/ TensorFlow/ AI / BeautifulSoup
- Experience in IronPython/Javascript

- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative
- Willingness to travel for work
