Here at Serco, we're looking for a Group Finance Manager to join our group reporting team, which is responsible for consolidating and reporting the results of the Group's global operations. This includes the production of all External Reporting and Internal Monthly and Quarterly Reporting and analysis to Executive Management and the Board.

As part of this you will:
• Work to strict timelines as part of the Group Reporting team in preparing reporting and analysis of the Group financial numbers and performance
• Preparation as part of the team of the Annual Report and Half Year Interim Statement
• Assist with analysis required by a variety of stakeholders, including the Financial Planning team, Investors Relations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Tax, Treasury, Executive Board Members and Other Senior Management Stakeholders
• Assist in ensuring the integrity of financial data and compliance with IFRS
• Providing Divisional finance teams with technical accounting support and advice and acting as the Group Finance business partner where required
• Working as part of the Group Reporting team to set policies and procedures for the Group
• Working on other exciting and varied ad hoc projects to support our future finance initiatives.

What you'll need to do the role

You will need to be a qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent), with a minimum of 1-2 years post qualification experience gained in practice or industry. A history of working with or for listed organisations is ideal.
This role requires someone who is invested in their own personal and team development, open to change and wants to work in a team where you support and encourage one another.
