Job Description 

Your field of responsibility
Responsible for delivery of workstreams in transformation projects addressing client strategy development and initiatives focusing on the client-centric evolution of our business model. From initial design and financial impact assessment all the way through to implementation, the role will be led by our experienced leadership team and in close collaboration with the Division’s senior management. Exposure to cutting-edge banking topics related to client strategy (e.g., changes in client needs and behaviors, client segmentation, client satisfaction, segment-specific value proposition and client experience, impact of digitization), being at the forefront of how we do business within Wealth Management.Your future colleagues

Your skills and experience
You enjoy intellectually fulfilling work in a team environment, creating long-term impact in important strategic and financial decisions

A strong university degree, ideally with a specialization in business, finance, economics or engineering Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience; optimally with a focus on banking, or a successful track record in a strategic project environment within a top tier strategy consultancy firm, investment bank or global financial services corporation Demonstrated ability in driving / managing project workstreams with initial leadership experience Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, a structured and result-driven way of working, and a track record of implementing strategic recommendations in a business environment Drive, creative energy and enjoyment in generating innovative solutions to complex and challenging problems First-rate communication skills and experience in collaborating with various stakeholders across different hierarchy levels in a team environment Strong presentation skills and the ability to quickly gain trust and build solid working relationships Fluency in English; German, French or other languages would be a plus but are not essential Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work  Ms. J.
