We are currently seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Shared Service Finance team in the capacity of Finance BI & Data Analyst Payments.

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for developing & managing internally developed customised automation & reporting tools, compiling & reviewing dashboard logics, KPI tracking, SLA reporting, conducting periodic business review meetings with stakeholders & handling MIS reporting requirements for FSSC.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Data management, reporting and analysis
  • Performance Reporting of all FSSC Towers (KPIs, SLAs, C- SAT, NPS)
  • Technical Expertise

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Professional accounting qualification - MBA Finance, M.Com, Inter CA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Excellent in MS Excel, VBA, Robotic Process Automation, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Power Point presentation
  • Excellent Coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent on working with large amount of data (Big Data) with multiple sources

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 4-5 years relevant experience within a large organization at execution level

Job-Specific Skills: Strong Analytical, process oriented, good communication and presentation skills, exposure to ERP. (Preferably SAP) and SAP BW/ BI/ BPC with Robotic Process automation, Alteryx, Tableau & MS VBA

Behavioural Competencies:

Should be able to plan and prioritize tasks, persuasive skills, Kaizen attitude, Self-motivated; and a strong team player
