Who we are looking for:

Looking for a Business risk management professional to support the Operational Risk Incident team for GD- India Business risk management.

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Business Risk Management (BRM), which is a valued partner to the business in the identification, assessment & mitigation of risk. India BRM (IBRM) is the first line of defense team and works with business to establish the core risk management principles.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Work with businesses across Global Delivery in ensuring timely reporting of ops risk incidents on ICAMS
  • Incident review and analysis of the ops incidents in ICAMS which would include root cause analysis and monitoring of remedial action plans
  • Maintain oversight on end-to-end lifecycle of Ops Risk incidents & engage with business in adhering to policy timelines on incident closure
  • Engage with global BRM Incident Management teams to follow a standard approach on incident management
  • Provide status updates & highlight issues requiring senior management attention
  • Driving transformation ideas for the function
  • Query Management and Business support on Incident management and reporting
  • Adhoc based incident reporting to Management
  • Joint Venture governance on incident management and reporting
  • Quality Assurance of Incidents

  • Basic business acumen and understanding of the trade life cycle

  • Proficiency with MS office suite

  • Attention to details & accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and explore

Education & preferred qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Risk Management or equivalent experience preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in Operations with 2-4 years in the Risk Management and Governance space
