We are a growing company within the Healthtech industry with robust expansion plans in the Asia Pacific market. They have established strategic partnerships with leading players within the industry and coupled with strong capital funding, they are now looking for a technically strong Group Finance Manager as part of its growth plans.
Description
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will oversee the group reporting and review the financial and management reporting functions for the entities within Asia-Pacific. You will need to prepare the group consolidated accounts and review financial reports by respective in-country finance team. You will act as the key go-to person for all improvements relating to the company's policies and procedures while at the same time supervising the region finance team for all tax, audit, corporate secretary and compliance matters. With the ongoing M&A plans, you will support in projects to integrate and set-up new entities as well as system upgrades.
Profile
The ideal candidate should be Accounting Degree and CPA/CA qualified with more than 5 years of working experience in the areas of group consolidation work either on review or preparer level. You need to have a strong background in consolidation and reporting with the initial years starting in Big 4 companies managing consolidation reviews. You are hands-on, resilient and able to work with stakeholders with different cultural background across the region. You have strong communication skills and is technically strong with IFRS, tax and SGX regulations.
