We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance Department. You will work independently and report to the CFO. As an Accountant (m/f/x), you will be responsible for operational accounting. In details, your tasks will be: Book incoming invoices Book GL accounts and adjustments Book bank statements Invoicing clients Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Prepare payment orders to suppliers Prepare financial statements in time Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Compute taxes and prepare tax returns Prepare balance sheets and profit/loss statements Report on the company's financial health and liquidity Prepare Audit financial transactions and documents Improving process Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary Comply with financial policies and regulations ✨Your profile as an Accountant (m/f/x): Experience as an Accountant ( 2-3 years) Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Hands-on experience with accounting the software WinBooks Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills Bachelor d...
