Intern / Junior Finance Analyst

Edelman's UK Finance team is currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Finance Analyst to work alongside a fast-paced UK team.

Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Client service oriented and fosters positive working relationships
• Well organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Knows how to take initiative, juggle conflicting priorities and function well in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities include

• Facilitation of billing process, financial analysis, and reporting for individual projects.
• Assist in calculating and tracking monthly revenues based on active contracts and client billings
• Assist with projects reconciliation
• Assist Finance and management team with monthly invoice process
• Assist with WIP & Account Receivable Management
• Assist with Client Deposit reconciliation
• Assist with Regular Reporting (Time, Expenses, Costs)
• Support the department by maintaining files, contracts, scopes of work and invoices
• Understand and learn client's accounts and needs, and how to navigate a complex, fully integrated organization.
