Your key responsibilities
Leading the project, people management Skills , Coaching the team , working on transitioning the work , involving in process design, UAT, Hiring the team , overseeing knowledge transfer , and BAU.
Skills and attributes for success
- To qualify for the role you must have (Stick to requirements that are truly required; try to limit to 4 bullet points}
- Tertiary Qualifications: CA / CPA / CMA / MBA / 6 Sigma or Lean certification a plus
- Min 12 -14 years of post-qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in processing finance operation processes namely AP, AR, GL, balance sheet reconciliations, involvement in closing activities etc
- Curious mind with a view to finding opportunities to improve processes by removing waste
- Team player
Ideally, you'll also have
- People management skills including managing, leading & coaching the team
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, with an ability to build and manage effective relationships with EY clients across different commercial sectors.
