Job Description

The Job Responsibilities:

• Develops business requirement documents and technical specifications

• Works as directed by management team to research and document business issues involving workflow procedures and processes

• Analyzes data and work with management to develop creative solutions

• Develops cost/benefit analyses to design budget and resource management program

• Identifies and recommends staff training needs in response to process changes or new product/system implementations

• Works well in independent or team basis as situation dictates

• Determines the acceptance testing framework and standards to assess that functional testing completed.

• An effective facilitator for the Team to deliver incremental and iterative units of business value

• Writes tutorials and gives training

Required Skills

• 8 + year of relevant experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Mathematics/Analytics preferred, Masters is a plus.

• Good understanding of the business unit including product offerings, and service and management structure

• Good understanding of project management methodologies and workflow design

• Ability to influence and negotiate with others to meet project deadlines

• Understanding of system design and analysis and user testing; good problem solving skills and analytical ability

• Ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders representing a broad range of functions and levels

• Effective interviewing, facilitation and presentation skills

• Good verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of Financial Risk Management concepts, including but not limited to Market, Credit, and Operational Risk
• Methodologies and measures used for regulatory risk reporting
• Statistical analysis and data inference
• SQL Querying, Data Modelling concepts, creating dashboards in Business Intelligence tools like Qlik, PowerBI, and/or Tableau
• Investment trading operations (desired but not a must-have)
