Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Individual will be responding to corporate action inquiries from both internal and external clients (Asset owners and Investment Managers). The candidate should have the ability to handle complex issues and escalate as needed while acting with a sense of urgency. Identify and report all risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities. Candidate should demonstrate the ability to comprehend market changes and the impacts to our customers.

What you will be responsible for

As a Client Service Specialist you will

  • Resolve a broad range of corporate action questions a variety of requests for internal and external clients
  • Accountable for quality, accuracy and timeliness of results
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and resolve issues
  • Maintain working knowledge of processing activities
  • Communicate professionally and timely while utilizing proper method of communication with business units and clients
  • Support the client service experience for internal and external clients

Education & preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and a focus in Finance or related field preferred; 1-2 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
