Looking for a ACCA affiliate with 0-3 Years experience.

  • Supervise, monitor, and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities
  • Establish appropriate practices for collecting client financial information, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information
  • Manage the team and provide guidance wherever needed
  • Manage client requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables
  • Oversee the daily operations of the client’s accounting including:
  • Month and Year-End Process
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Receipts & Payments
  • General Ledger
  • Payroll and Utilities
  • Revenue and Expenditure
  • Fixed Asset accounting
  • Account Reconciliations
  • Other requirements [Business/Client Specific]
  • Assign tasks and direct staff to ensure appropriate accounting practices is established
  • Align team performance to Organizational Goals
  • Training, Appraisals, Career Planning
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits of clients



  • Relevant experience as team manager in F&A domain
  • Capable of handling team of 5-10 members
  • Effective communication skills (both speaking and writing)
  • Good multi-tasking, problem solving, interpersonal skills
  • Long term service commitment
