Your field of responsibility
In this exciting and versatile role you will support us for a maternity cover as controller, first on a temporary basis. Depending on the situation and your preferences, the duration can be extended or potentially turned into a permanent contract. You will act as a gatekeeper for FTE and contractors, do the FTE forecast, including related costs which is used for Senior Management reports. You run and review key transfer pricing processes in close collaboration with the global local financial accounting teams. You monitor Group costs, such as occupancy, T&E and oversee accruals. Additionally, you will help to implement organizational changes and cover cost center management. You will be able to establish an excellent network within the bank and globally, thanks to the cross divisional cooperation and embedded setup.

You are joining a Swiss team of three experienced and internationally minded senior controllers. Given the diverse background, age and gender structure the team has a variety of skillsets and stands for a proactive can-do attitude. Our usual office interaction and small talk is done in English. If you would like to support us as maternity cover, we would look for the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
- First experience in a similar role paired with a solid understanding of banking, finance, financial controlling in an international context is a benefit
- You understand the importance, and have demonstrated awareness, of compliance and risk control
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders on all levels
- Positive can-do attitude with excellent problem solving skills and attention to details
- Used to deliver to tight deadlines
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
