The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

As part of the Wealth & Asset Management team, you will collaborate with high performing professionals from different backgrounds on challenging projects in the wealth, traditional and alternative asset management industries. Together we will advise clients on how to transform their business, manage risks, optimize their capabilities, and help them drive growth.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in projects such as:

• Design target operating models on the basis of regulatory requirements and cost objectives.
• Analyze regulatory requirements and design practical solution that are implemented in compliance and risk management procedures.
• Conceptualize and implement the integration of sustainability / ESG factors into business processes and IT systems.
• Design and set up effective risk management frameworks and perform periodic risk assessments.

• An excellent academic track record in one of the following fields: management, business administration, economics, or finance
• A first relevant experience either in a financial services firm or in the management consulting practice of a professional services firm
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to think strategically
• Very strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in English. French and/or German will be considered an asset
